Investments
It is my intention to make minor
investments in small, innovative
companies, both as sole investor
and as co-investor - both when it
comes to companies and real estate.
Typically, the basis for the investments
will be a platform/company with products and customers, but where the product and/or the market needs to be developed.
When it comes to real estate, the investment must be sound, thus for the
time being real estate for development
will not be a focus area.
The following investments have been made:

Unique Holiday Properties A/S - Investments in Southern European properties with the purpose of resale.
Mas Du Vallon – Charming Provencal estate, 500 kvm, in France, close to Cannes - used for rental.
Hotellejlighedaarhus - An exciting and fully equipped hotel apartment of 110 m2 in the centre of Aarhus.
Carvalho-Norgaard – Licence sale of exclusive “taxi boats” in the Middle East.
International Retailing -Export of Danish retail concepts primarily in Southern Europe.
Husby Udvikling -Development of 35 plots for holiday homes.
Thorsminde I/S -Development of holiday homes.
Gigasoft - Licence sale of software products in Southern Europe. Co-investor.
Admin4u -Web agency and administration company.
Århus Fremad - Football club.
