In the future, I will continue to
cooperate with Advizer where
relevant and in a few cases, I will
also “stand on my own feet” - when
it comes to advising companies that
are to be sold.
I have a wide and thorough experience
with managing such processes, however, experience also shows that no two transactions are alike.
How can you advise on transactions concerning a company producing and
selling fishmeal while you at the very
same time is part of a process of selling
a high-end fashion company - this is
possible because the advisory services
that you buy are not industry specific
but instead tools for the actual process.
The ownership, management and board
as well as the company’s current close advisers also all take part of the process.
My focus area will be small companies,
but also companies with an industrial interest on the buyer side.
Real estate
I have great experience within this
industry - both as adviser and as investor.
Naturally, part of my future resources
will therefore be used here, as adviser,
at board level, as investor or motivator.
My concept of real estate includes portfolios, rental properties, farms, specialised properties and, to a lesser extent, foreign properties.
In general, I will either take part in or
put together a team that is relevant
for the specific project - and thereby
assign the resources that can carry
out the project in the best possible way.
In addition to my partnership in Advizer,
I have a background as chartered real estate agent and appraiser. I have run
real estate and developer business, I
have been employed as development
and sales director in different contexts within the industry and I have invested
in different types of properties.
